Dear beloved Sigma Nu alumni, I am privileged to be a brother in the
Lambda Chapter of Sigma Nu. Over the years, I have been proud of our
Chapter’s accomplishments, along with those individuals who have
contributed to the Chapter’s success. The Chapter has never been in a
better state after getting eight outstanding pledges during winter term
and two more in the spring. The fraternity is on the fast track to
success with a “can-do” attitude and the belief that no goal we set is
out of reach. Additionally, we received the Bronze Award at College of
Chapters for being the chapter with the 2nd highest G.P.A. in the Sigma
Nu realm.
Our success comes from the support of our great alumni; Chapter members
and former University students. A large number of actives and Lambda
alumni have contributed their time and talent to make our house what it
is today. However, an important part of this success should not be
ignored nor forgotten. The triumphs made by Sigma Nu Lambda Chapter
would not be possible without the monetary contributions of alumni. We
are grateful to those who recognize the quality of our Chapter and
financially support our ambition.
Finally, it is equally important for us to keep in touch with the
Chapter and each other. We all have been a part of contributing to the
quality of our Chapter, and alumni can continue to contribute in many
ways. Please visit the Chapter, attend Homecoming Weekend, Formal Rush
Week, and Alumni Weekend. Help in the LEAD program. Keep in touch and
update your address after a move. After graduation, we have all learned
new skills that can help the Chapter remain one of the best Chapters in
the Sigma Nu organization.
I look forward to continuing our association in the future, and do not hesitate to contact me at lanouen12@mail.wlu.edu whenever you have questions or suggestions about our chapter.
Fraternally, Nicholas Lanoue - Alumni Chair
